Our School
E. Rivers Elementary is one of Atlanta’s oldest schools. Opened in 1917, the original school burned down in 1948, a new school was then constructed on the same site. E. Rivers Elementary school moved into the 3rd building on the site in January 2015. E. Rivers serves the South Buckhead communities of Loring Heights, Ardmore Park, Brookwood and Brookwood Hills, Underwood Hills, Collier Hills, Peachtree Hills. E. Rivers Elementary feeds Sutton Middle School and North Atlanta High School.
E. Rivers develops confident, resourceful, and respectful global learners through its tradition of achievement and excellence.
Our parent and student-led school tours give parents of new and prospective students an opportunity to visit the campus, ask questions and learn more about our school. Our monthly tours will be held one Tuesday a month between 9:30am and 10:30am. Your tour guides look forward to sharing their experiences with you!
